Privacy

Personal information is collected by Basically Different strictly for processing orders.  The information collected is only what is provided upon purchasing one of our products.

Protecting your privacy is important to Basically Different. We make sure that we keep your personal information confidential.  Basically Different will not ever sell or trade your personal information to anyone. It will not be disclosed to any third party without your prior consent.

 
 
 

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY


Basically Different orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. It may take 3-5 working days for an order to be processed for delivery within Aotearoa, from the time of placement. 
Deliveries may take longer if there are unexpected delivery issues beyond our control but you will be informed if we are aware of any delays. 

 

PAYMENT METHODS


Basically Different accepts payment via direct deposit, online money transfer or telegraphic order.  We cannot accept COD or cheques.


CONDITIONS


You will need to give order details as proof of purchase to obtain a refund, exchange or credit.  You can choose between refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described online or don't do what they are supposed to do.
If the item purchased is faulty please contact info@basicallydifferent.co.nz. Please allow 14-30 days for your item to be returned to us and a replacement sent to you.


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES


Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds or exchange simply because you changed your mind. Where we agree to a refund or exchange it will be processed once the faulty product has been returned to us.
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show up on your bank or credit card statement.  This is a condition of the financial institutions involved.


CANCELLATIONS


Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of submitting your order to Basically Different.
After 24 hours a cancellation fee of 10% of the order, or a maximum of $50, will apply.  If delivery has been made the customer must return the product, at their expense.  The refund will be made upon our receiving the return product, in its original packaging, in good condition and with the original receipt.


CREDITS

 

Basically Different will not approve credit.
